Norse Atlantic Airways has announced its full summer 2023 schedule, including USA flights from London Gatwick to Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. launching in June; San Francisco, launching in July and Boston, launching in September.

The additional US routes will follow the low-fare carrier’s upcoming services to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, which are launching in May, with the airline also continuing its current daily direct service from London Gatwick Airport to New York.

“We are delighted to welcome four new Norse Atlantic routes this summer, giving passengers a fantastic choice of seven US destinations at excellent value,” said Stewart Wingate, Chief Executive Officer, Gatwick Airport. “The new services mean Gatwick and Norse will provide an increasingly competitive offering, which is great news for passengers across London and the South East, as well as businesses in the region.”

All Norse Atlantic Airways services will be operated on the airline’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, offering passengers Economy and Premium cabin choices with a range of Light, Classic, and Plus fares.

“This marks an important day for the UK aviation industry and for consumers,” said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO of Norse Atlantic Airways.

“We have made a significant investment in our UK airline, based at Gatwick Airport, and now employ over 370 colleagues at our London base,” he added, “I am very pleased that we are fulfilling our pledge to create competition in the transatlantic market that will benefit consumers, stimulate business travel and lead to job creation on both sides of the Atlantic.”
