Air Astana and Azerbaijan Airlines have signed a codeshare partnership agreement. Under the agreement, the airlines will operate joint flights on the Baku-Almaty-Baku route five times a week.
The interline agreement is the latest of several similar codeshare partnerships used by Air Astana since 2005, including partnerships with international carriers such as Asiana Airlines, Bangkok Airways, Cathay Pacific, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines.
Air Astana announced that it will continue to pursue additional interline partnerships to further the choice for its customers around the world.
