Wizz Air has announced that it will be implementing a fixed roster pattern for its pilots and cabin crew. 

This fixed rostering scheme will be gradually introduced across the Wizz Air network in an attempt to improve work-life balance for crew, and improve flight roster predictability. Other reasons behind this scheme tie into the airlines ambitious development and expansion plans, as well as making sure its operational stability is maintained.

Roland Tischner, Operations Officer at Wizz Air, said: “I am excited to offer our crew the option to choose a fixed roster pattern. We welcome current and future employees to choose their schedule based on their own individual preferences. I believe that this flexibility will further support the work-life balance of our crew, making Wizz Air an even better place to work.”
