Veryon has completed its acquisition of aviation maintenance management software company Rusada. With the acquisition, Veryon will access Rusada’s experience, advanced technology and global customer base from industry sectors, including commercial, charter, business, military and government operations.

In addition, Veryon will gain access to the company’s ENVISION solution, a single hub for managing airworthiness, maintenance and flight operations. Together, the companies will provide aircraft operators with asset management, maintenance planning, supply chain optimisation, compliance monitoring and data analytics.
