AerFin has acquired three Airbus A320ceo aircraft from Wings Capital Partners, bolstering its current A320 inventory.

Each of the three aircraft is of Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 5000 and above, making them attractive airframes for parting out.

“This acquisition will further enhance our existing inventory holding and will provide immediate access to latest-generation Airbus and CFM hardware,” said Oliver James, Vice President of Trading, AerFin. “We are proud to have concluded this acquisition with the Wings team and would like to thank everyone involved in making this transaction a success.”

“This transaction marks the sale of the last three aircraft that were off lease in the aircraft portfolio that has been managed by Wings Capital Partners,” said Gwyn Scourfield, Chief Marketing Officer, Wings Capital Partners. “It has been a pleasure to transact with the team at AerFin, who ensured a smooth transition in a timely manner.”
