Madrid-based World Aviation Group has purchased three full-flight simulators from Entrol.

The EASA and FAA-certified simulators include a generic en-1000x FNPT II, an Airbus A320 FNPT II MCC simulator, and a Bell 429 FNPT II MCC simulator. They will be installed at the end of 2024 and operational by early 2025.

“This acquisition allows us to expand our training capabilities, offering our students the opportunity to train on cutting-edge simulators that significantly enrich their educational experience,” said Fernando Gómez, spokesperson for World Aviation Group. “We are committed to offering top-tier training that not only benefits our students but also contributes to the economic and educational development of the region. Our investment in technology and training resources reflects this dedication to strengthening competitiveness in the sector.”

The en-1000x FNPT II will provide an ideal debut for new pilots, and the A320 is especially suited for MCC courses and airline-focused training. Meanwhile, the Bell 429 simulator allows students to experience realistic and complex helicopter scenarios. Together, these simulators cover a wide scope of pilot training needs.

Along with operational bases at Cuatro Vientos Airport and Casarrubios Aerodrome, World Aviation Group has established Madrid as a pilot training hub, and the simulators’ visual database includes key airports such as Madrid, Lisbon, Barcelona, and Porto. Using the database, pilots will be able to train for domestic and international flights.
