Budapest Airport, part of VINCI Airports, will be housing a returning route to Turin after three years. The first flight, operated by Wizz Air, will take place on 28 October 2025 for the winter season and will operate three times a week with an A321neo.

“We are thrilled to welcome another brand-new service from our close partner Wizz Air, after commencing a handful of new routes in 2025 already, such as Bilbao and Vilnius,” said Markus Klaushofer, CCO, Budapest Airport. “This new route to Turin strengthens our diverse network with niche European cities and thanks to the mid-day operation it enables further growth in the off-peak periods at BUD. We are confident it will be another success story in our growing network in W25 as our travellers can already select from 3 new destinations, including Nantes, Bordeaux and Newcastle.”

In August last year, Budapest Airport welcomed four Wizz Air routes: Marrakech, Genoa, Girona, and Memmingen.
