Wizz Air has announced five new routes from London Luton Airport to Spain starting in Spring 2026. From 29 March next year, the low-fare airline will fly to Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and Seville.

Wizz Air is also introducing new services to Italy and Austria, with flights to Milan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino, and Vienna International Airport starting 26 October 2025. Milan and Rome will be serviced eleven times weekly, and Vienna daily.

Yvonne Moynihan, Managing Director at Wizz Air UK, said the airline is bringing “serious competition with our signature low fares and high-efficiency model”.

Jonathan Rayner, Chief Commercial Officer at London Luton Airport, welcomed the new routes, highlighting the increased choice for passengers and the strengthening of Wizz Air’s commitment to the airport.

All new flights will be operated using the Airbus A321neo, which Wizz Air describes as the most efficient and sustainable aircraft in its category. This expansion is part of Wizz Air’s broader £12 billion “Customer First” transformation plan, which aims to grow its UK operations.
