Wizz Air has announced a new three-times-weekly route from Birmingham to Suceava, Romania, which will launch on 15 December 2025.
The news follows Wizz Air’s previous route announcement to Sibu in Romania, which is set to commence operations from September.
“We are delighted to be adding Suceava to our route network from Birmingham,” said Olivia Harangozó, Corporate Communications Manager at Wizz Air. “The city and surrounding region offer incredible natural beauty and historical significance, making it an ideal destination for travellers hoping to discover somewhere off the beaten track. With flights launching in December, we hope that travellers are as excited as us to explore the Christmas markets and Romanian culture through this convenient and affordable connection.”
