Werner Aero, a provider of asset management and logistical solutions for airlines, has sold an Airbus A319 to Regourd Aviation, the group that owns Amelia, an airline offering ACMI and charter services.

Amelia operates a fleet of 19 aircraft consisting of A320, A319, Embraer ERJ 145, ERJ 135, E190, and Airbus Executive Long Range aircraft, in addition to ERJ135 MEDEVAC and Learjet 45 VIP/MEDEVAC aircraft.
