Low-fare airline Vietjet has taken delivery of a new A330 widebody, bringing the carrier’s total fleet to 121 aircraft across Vietjet, Vietjet Thailand, and Vietjet Qazaqstan. The aircraft, powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 700 engines, will operate across Australia, Kazakhstan, India, Japan, and Europe.

The aircraft delivery is part of Vietjet’s massive fleet expansion and modernisation programme. Over 400 Airbus and Boeing aircraft are on order until 2030.
