Specialist regional lessor TrueNoord has appointed four new members of its Amsterdam-based team across its technical, transactional, and financial service functions.
New Technical Managers, Jonnathan Garzon and Jesus Cardenas bring practical knowledge and operational experience to the company.
Garzon, an aviation technical consultant with over thirteen years of experience, has developed deep expertise in technical records audits, aircraft phase-outs, and mid-term inspections. He has worked extensively with airlines, airports, and maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO) organisations, delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Cardenas is an aeronautical engineer with over five years’ experience in the modification, maintenance, and operation of aircraft. Previously responsible for overseeing the continuous airworthiness of three regional aircraft operated by the Central Bank of Mexico, he recently earned an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from TU Delft, with a focus on operations research, control theory, and systems engineering.
Emma Foudy joins TrueNoord as Transaction and Lease Manager, with over six years of experience gained in contract management and aircraft leasing. An established aviation professional, Foudy has previously worked at AerCap, and recently at JLPS Ireland Limited in the role of Senior Contract Manager. She also holds a Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the University of Limerick.
At TrueNoord, Foudy will be responsible for transaction execution and managing lease agreements throughout their lifecycle, working alongside the commercial, technical and legal teams across global operations.
Receivables Manager, Nanne de Jong, joins TrueNoord with nearly twenty years’ experience in financial services, including seven years at DVB Bank. She has extensive experience of aviation finance, with expertise spanning receivables management, accounts payable, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and regulatory documentation. De Jong holds a degree in Business Economics and has a track record of implementing process improvements and supporting commercial teams within the aviation sector.
Anne-Bart Tieleman, CEO of TrueNoord, said the business has “reached a number of significant milestones over the last year, foremost celebrating crossing the 100 aircraft mark.”
“Another highlight was attaining a credit rating from both Standard & Poors and Fitch, which enabled us to access the US debt capital markets for the first time.
“None of these achievements would have been possible without the dedication of the people across all functions within TrueNoord. We are fortunate to have succeeded in developing a strong and stable team at all levels of the Company, but our growth requires additional team members to ensure that we continue to deliver the level of expert service we’re known for. I’m very pleased to welcome Nanne, Emma, Jesus and Jonnathan to the team and know that their experience and insights will be invaluable as TrueNoord continues to move forward.”
