Satair, an Airbus Services company, has signed a multi-year agreement with Vietjet Air to support the airline’s A320 and A330 fleet with Satair’s Integrated Material Services (IMS) solution.

Via the agreement, Satair will offer an end-to-end supply chain solution that covers planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management, looking after the expendables and consumables within the maintenance cycle.

“Our IMS collaboration goes beyond simply managing inventory—it’s about empowering airlines like Vietjet to focus on what they do best, with the confidence that they’ve got the right support behind them,” said Paul Lochab, Chief Commercial Officer of Satair. “By optimising costs and freeing up resources, IMS allows maintenance and engineering teams to concentrate on critical aspects of their operations.”

“We are pleased to advance our long-term partnership with Satair,” commented Nguyen Duc Thinh, Vietjet Vice President. “As Vietjet is the largest Airbus aircraft operator in Vietnam, this agreement will continue to secure our efficient and robust material operations while optimising overall maintenance costs, supporting our fleet and global flight network expansion. The agreement also allows us to further enhance our flight services and provide more affordable air travel for our passengers.”
