S7 Technics has opened a new line maintenance station at St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport in Russia.

Forming part of its expansion strategy, S7 Technics has entered the aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service market at Pulkovo Airport with the new line maintenance station, which offers an annual capacity of a minimum of 12,000 man-hours.

The station is licensed for maintenance and repairs of Airbus A320 family, A320neo, Boeing 737NG and Embraer E170 aircraft, and S7 Technics said the capability list will be expanded depending on the needs of customers.

“The launch of a line station at Sheremetyevo and at Pulkovo, are all stages of the systematic development of our own line maintenance station network within Russia. We are now satisfying the line maintenance needs of several airlines with efficient and quality services at seven of the largest airports across Russia,” comments Vladislav Kotenko, director for line stations management at S7 Technics.
