This route announcement is part of the airline’s wider efforts to expand its international route network.

It follows another recent route announcement from Pegasus, which launched a weekly route between Edinburgh Airport to Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen International Airport last week. The first flight will operate on 27 June 2024.

On the launch of this Edinburgh route, Onur Dedeköylü, Pegasus Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), said: “We are delighted to be launching new regular scheduled flights connecting Istanbul and Edinburgh as the summer season starts. Pegasus Airlines is proud to connect such vibrant and popular destinations, offering a unique experience to all who fly with us.”
