


Global travel retail technology company Omnevo has agreed a multi-year extension of its partnership with in-flight catering and logistics provider Alpha Flight Services UAE.
Omnevo’s onboard retail application POS includes digital pre-order distribution as well as digital crew meal application alongside its back-office logistics platform, enabling efficient management of onboard retail inventory and crew meal processes. According to Omnevo, Air Arabia has been modernising its onboard retail and catering operations through digitalisation with its catering partner Alpha Flight Services UAE. The integrated solution helps streamline operational workflows between catering, logistics and onboard teams, improving visibility and coordination while supporting consistent onboard service delivery.
