Norse Atlantic Airways has announced a record load factor of 89% for September, an 11% increase compared to the same period last year and the highest in the company’s history.

The airline carried 146,688 passengers in September across 513 flights, including 29 charter operations, a 9% rise year-on-year. Norse Atlantic also maintained a 100% completion rate for scheduled flights, with 81% arriving within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.

“We are delighted to mark another record month for the airline. Having begun to reduce our own network flying in line with seasonality, I am pleased to highlight that our charter operations have, in turn, increased this month and will continue to do so,” said Bjørn Tore Larsen, Norse Atlantic Airway’s founder and CEO.

The carrier operates a fleet of Boeing 787-9s, primarily offering low-fare flights between Europe and the United States.
