TrueNoord, a regional aircraft leasing company, has appointed Leane Higgins as Technical Director Asia Pacific in Singapore. She has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, with roles in the technical and legal departments at GECAS and as Assistant Vice President – Technical Operations at NAC. She holds an MSc Project Management degree from University College Dublin.
