IFPL Group, a provider of aircraft cabin interior solutions, has announced a significant milestone in the production of its four millionth unit.

The product was a triple pin 186546 Noise Cancelling Audio Jack, which minimises background noise and provides enhanced audio for in-flight entertainment systems, removing the need for sophisticated, active noise-cancelling personal headsets.

“Reaching four million units is not just a milestone; it’s a reflection of our commitment to excellence and sustainable growth,” said Neil McGregor, Chief Operating Officer of IFPL. “Our focus on product development and manufacturing excellence continues to drive us forward, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our partners and the aviation industry.”

The device was presented to representatives from Thales, a longstanding key Original Equipment Manufacturer business partner, in a ceremony (see picture).

Based on the Isle of Wight, UK, IFPL’s product portfolio includes in-seat power solutions, LED lighting systems, passenger control units, and safety products.
