Fokker Services Group (FSG), a company specialising in aircraft maintenance, modifications, completions, and conversions, has announced the formal installation of its new Supervisory Board, effective July 1, 2025.

The company says the move, effective from July 1, will support its continued evolution and commitment to long-term strategic growth, with an emphasis on sustainability and innovation.

The chair of the  newly-formed governing body will be Jan Willem Baud, a business leader with experience in the Dutch industrial and investment landscape. Other board members include:

  • Pieter Elbers, current President and CEO of IndiGo and former President and CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines;
  • Joanne Kellermann, with extensive governance experience in financial institutions;
  • Daniel Rosen Jacobson, co-founder and co-CEO of Elysian Aircraft and a board member of Panta Holdings.

In a related development, Elysian Aircraft, a Dutch startup focused on emission-free aviation, has officially relocated to FSG’s site in Hoofddorp. This move is designed to deepen the company’s integration into the national aviation ecosystem and accelerate its mission to develop clean aviation technologies.

Elysian Aircraft is currently developing a large-scale battery-electric aircraft designed for routes up to 800 kilometers. The new location, situated near Schiphol Airport, offers space for growth and close proximity to leading aviation companies, while also holding symbolic significance as a landmark of Dutch aerospace engineering.
