flynas, a low-fare airline based in Saudi Arabia, has taken delivery of its 60th Airbus A320neo, as part of a 90 aircraft order announced in July 2024 at the Farnborough International Airshow. Since 2018, the carrier has ordered 280 Airbus aircraft.

The fleet expansion is part of a project titled “We Connect the World to the Kingdom,” and ties in with the National Civil Aviation Strategy’s objectives to connect Saudi Arabia with 250 international destinations, accommodate 330 million passengers, and host 150 million tourists yearly.

flynas currently has a fleet of 66 Airbus aircraft, and plans to expand the fleet to 160 aircraft by 2030. On the route network side, the airline aims to cover 165 destinations with over 300 routes.
