Embraer reached a record firm order backlog of USD 31.6 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, a 20% year-on-year increase. The manufacturer delivered 244 aircraft over the full year, including 91 units in the final quarter.
The Brazilian airframer’s Commercial Aviation backlog rose 42% year-on-year to USD 14.5 billion, despite a 5% dip from the previous quarter linked to the renegotiation of Azul’s order during its Chapter 11 process. Azul reduced its firm order for E195-E2 aircraft from 51 units to 25.
Offsetting this, Embraer secured a firm order from TrueNoord for 20 E195-E2 jets and an order from Air Côte d’Ivoire for four E175s. The unit finished the year with 78 deliveries, meeting its annual guidance of 77-85 aircraft.
The Services & Support backlog rose 7% to USD 4.9 billion. To address demand, Embraer began construction on a new maintenance facility in Fort Worth, Texas, intended to increase U.S. service capacity for E-Jets by over 50%. The company also extended a heavy-maintenance agreement with Republic Airways covering more than 240 aircraft.
