Electra, a hybrid-electric Ultra Short aircraft manufacturer, has appointed Max Ochoa as its new Chief Financial Officer, managing growth and providing leadership for the company’s finance and legal departments.

Ochoa holds a JD from Stanford Law School, a master’s in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics and astronautics from MIT. He joins Electra with over two decades of experience, including roles as CFO and General Counsel at Satelles, as well as leadership positions at Alation, Adify, and TiVo. He was also an engineer at GE Aircraft Engines.
