C&L Aviation Services has appointed Michael Jackson as its Director of Maintenance. In the role, Jackson will be responsible for overseeing repair-station activities at C&L’s regional and corporate maintenance facility in Bangor, Maine.

Jackson brings three decades of experience, including serving at American Airlines as its Senior Manager of Technical Operations, where he led a team of over 300 people who were responsible for both line maintenance and base maintenance operations.

“We are thrilled to have Michael here, leading the MRO section of our business,” said Chris Kilgour, CEO, C&L Aviation Group. “He is an accomplished leader with demonstrated success in managing a large FAR 121/145 repair station with a focus on people and project management.

“His experience and set of skills will be invaluable to both our employees and customers as we continue to grow our MRO offerings and semi-private aircraft upgrade business,” added Kilgour.
