


Aircraft operating leasing company BOC Aviation has appointed Adeline Lim as Chief Risk Officer.
Lim brings more than 13 years of experience in aircraft leasing and started in her role at the company on 25 May. She leads the company’s global risk management function and is responsible for shaping and executing risk strategy, overseeing airline credit risk and enterprise risk and ensuring robust governance across all risk domains.
Stephen Barnes will remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition of his duties until his retirement.

BOC Aviation has a portfolio of 813 aircraft and engines (owned, managed and on order) and its owned and managed fleet was leased to 88 airlines in 46 countries and regions worldwide, as of 31 March 2026.
