US carrier Avelo Airlines has announced six new routes, including a new destination in Key West, Florida, and the first international service from Wilmington, North Carolina.
The expansion also includes three new routes from the airline’s base in Concord, North Carolina, serving the greater Charlotte area.
The new routes will be operated using Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft, and Avelo says it will be the only airline offering nonstop services, with one-way fares starting from USD 57.
Avelo’s new services are set to begin between October and December 2025.
The new routes are as follows:
- Wilmington International Airport (ILM):
- Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ): Beginning December 24, 2025, with twice-weekly service on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- West Palm Beach, Florida (PBI): Beginning November 20, 2025, with twice-weekly service on Thursdays and Sundays.
- Key West International Airport (EYW):
- Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN): Beginning November 19, 2025, with twice-weekly service on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (USA):
- San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU): Beginning October 22, 2025, with twice-weekly service on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- West Palm Beach, Florida (PBI): Beginning October 23, 2025, with four-times-weekly service on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
- Albany, New York (ALB): Beginning October 23, 2025, with four-times-weekly service on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Avelo Airlines Founder and CEO Andrew Levy said the new routes “offer our customers even more choices, making it easier and more affordable than ever for [them] to get where they want to go.”
The airline currently serves 50 cities across 20 states and Puerto Rico, as well as three international destinations.
