ATR has partnered with France Travail, the job centre formally known as Pôle Emploi, to support professional development in aviation with inclusive initiatives. France Travail aims to match job seekers with potential employers by using a network of 55,000 employees and 900 agencies across the country.

The partnership was announced with Joseph Carles, Mayor of Blagnac, and has been implemented to fight recruitment challenges and bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. ATR first started working with France Travail in 2023, opening doors to engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and customer service careers.

One programme of the collaboration is directed to inclusivity, called Les Entreprises S’engagent, which actively seeks to encourage diverse hiring practices by leveraging France Travail’s knowledge in recruitment methods and skill transfers.

This announcement follows other ATR educational and professional initiatives, such as the recent ProPulse partnership with ENAC university.
