ATR, the regional aircraft manufacturer, ENAC, an aeronautics and aviation university, and Fondation ENAC have collaborated with two vocational secondary schools in Toulouse, Roland Garros and Eugène Montel, to create the ProPulse project.
The project was developed to guide student education toward professional personal success. Over three years, two students from each school will be personally supported by ATR professionals and ENAC students. Each year, four new students will be added to the project.
“Regional aviation is the vital link connecting communities, and as a responsible business, ATR takes this social role to heart,” said Maria Teresa Pedra Bruñó, ATR’s Head of Human Resources. “Guiding young students, unveiling the aviation world to them, nurturing their professional aspirations, and equipping them with the necessary tools to embrace fascinating careers, align with our commitment to breaking down barriers and fostering a more inclusive and sustainable ecosystem.”
ProPulse aims to mitigate school dropout rates by providing students with the confidence to overcome potential development obstacles with opportunities, guidance, insight and technical, professional and soft skills for the corporate world.
