Automated Systems in Aircraft Performance (ASAP) has announced a strategic integration partnership with eTT Aviation, a flight planning software provider.
The integration will see ASAP’s STAR Aircraft Performance & Analysis System incorporate eTT’s SkedFlex Flight Planning System. It will use data such as flight information, fuel burn, and route waypoints to enhance weight and balance and drift-down calculations.
Both companies say the move will provide carriers with more accurate maximum takeoff and landing weights, as well as improved limitations during enroute analysis.
