Airbus has announced the company’s commercial aircraft orders and deliveries for March 2026. The aircraft manufacturer, which showcased its latest products and services at Latin America’s FIDAE2026 airshow in Chile last week, delivered 60 commercial planes to 38 customers around the world.
Airbus also revealed that in March 2026, it had 331 gross orders and had delivered 114 deliveries to 46 customers to date this year.
FIDAE is a biannual aerospace and defence exhibition in Latin America which takes place at the Pudahuel Air Base in Santiago, Chile. According to Airbus, Airbus in Chile has been a cornerstone of the nation’s aerospace sector for 25 years and that 74% of the commercial aircraft flying in Chile are Airbus-made. Airbus noted that the aircraft manufacturer has worked alongside local partners such as SKY and JetSMART to bridge the 4,200 km “ribbon” of land that defines the country.
The company commented: “The introduction of the A320neo Family has been a game-changer, not just for Chile but for the wider Latin American region. By reducing fuel burn and CO2 emissions by 20%, these newer aircraft allow operators to lower costs and make air travel more accessible for millions.”
